I have been a therapist since 2017, and use an integral approach to somatic work with clients, working primarily with those who have experienced trauma and meet criteria for PTSD/C-PTSD. I have worked in a multitude of settings, including inpatient residential substance abuse treatment, intensive outpatient psychiatric substance abuse treatment, medical social work, and outpatient mental health therapy.
I was trained in ART in February 2024, and by the end of 2024 was Master Certified and had assisted 5 trainings. I became a trainer in 2025, after facilitating hundreds of ART sessions for clients and recognizing the incredible power of the modality in supporting clients. I specialize in working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and ART has been a phenomenal tool to support clients in re-establishing a baseline of safety for their nervous system, and truly working towards healing.
