Rachel Collins is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and the Founder and Practice Owner of Stride Forward Counseling in Maryland, where she leads a multidisciplinary clinical team of 40 therapists. With extensive experience as a clinical supervisor and practice director, Rachel specializes in trauma recovery, anxiety disorders, and evidence-based interventions that foster long-term emotional resilience.
As an Advanced-Certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Practitioner and prospective ART Trainer, Rachel regularly integrates ART into her clinical practice to help clients efficiently overcome trauma, distressing memories, and somatic anxiety. In addition to direct clinical care, she actively mentors pre-licensed and licensed clinicians, establishing standardized ethical practices, somatic tracking, and evidence-based care across her practice.
