Maria was trained in Basic ART in 2011 and in Advanced in 2016, and became a Certified Trainer in 2021. Maria has been a Director of Brightside for Family and Children, a mental health therapy program, for 32 years. Here she trained and supervised many therapists in ART to utilize as a therapeutic skill working with children and parents/guardians. Maria now has a private practice where she specializes in providing ART to couples, individuals with trauma, anxiety/panic attacks, and debilitating medical conditions. Maria’s goal is to spread the knowledge and skills to therapists and mental health agencies.
