Lorin Puebla, MS, ALC, NCC, is a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy Practitioner and the owner of The Counseling Haven in Bay Minette, Alabama. She specializes in treating trauma, PTSD, anxiety, panic, grief, emotional dysregulation, and other concerns influenced by distressing emotional experiences. Lorin works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, veterans, and first responders and has incorporated ART into both individual sessions and extended treatment intensives.
Lorin’s clinical approach is grounded in neuroscience, emotional memory, nervous system functioning, and memory reconsolidation. Her experience using ART has strengthened her passion for helping clients achieve meaningful change that extends beyond cognitive insight alone. She has seen ART help clients experience significant improvement, including individuals who previously felt stuck despite earlier treatment efforts.
In addition to her clinical work, Lorin has experience in research, professional presentations, and clinician education. Her mission as an ART Trainer is to help clinicians understand both how to use ART effectively and why it works, while equipping them to provide compassionate, efficient, and lasting treatment for the clients they serve.
