Psychotherapist
Isabel earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at UDIMA University in Spain.
With over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, Isabel has specialized in treating adults and adolescents with a history of trauma, family conflict, sexual assault, anxiety, and depression. Her search for a therapeutic modality that could quickly benefit her clients without negative emotional reactions led her to ART Therapy. She traveled overseas several times to become a Master ART Practitioner, trained by the founder, Laney. She has become so enthusiastic about ART that she decided to bring this training to therapists in her country, so she continued her preparation to become an ART trainer. Initially, using ART was challenging due to its novelty in Spain. However, the profound results she achieved transformed her approach to therapy, making ART an integral part of her practice. Her enthusiasm for ART motivated her to bring this training to other therapists in her country, leading her to continue her preparation to become an ART trainer.
So far, she has given 2 successful basic trainings in Spain, and she is preparing her third one.
