Gracie Berntsen, LPCC, PMH-C, is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in San Diego, CA. She is certified in perinatal mental health and a certified master practitioner in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). She specializes in trauma-informed care and has extensive experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and complex life transitions.
