Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Diplomate Clinical Social Worker
I am an independent Clinical Social Worker and my office space in Northampton, MA is conveniently located 30 mins north of Bradley International Airport in Northern CT. As the Lead Trainer for RCRR, I give ART Basic and Advanced Training at my office in Northampton, MA, in Granby CT, and I also travel to groups who decide the have their group trained on location.
My 30 years as a social worker has brought me the opportunity to do many things, and I have worked extensively with people and their challenges, including a history of physical, emotional and sexual abuse, neglect, trauma and complex trauma, general and social anxiety and panic, serious self esteem issues, attachment and relational issues and others.
I also conduct 1:1 Intensive Therapy Retreats for clients who are local, and also who travel distances to receive this unique and powerful therapy protocol. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is the main modality that I use in these retreats.
I was in the first group trained by Laney Rosenzweig, the founder of ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) in November 2009. Since then I have been Laney’s Lead Trainer and have traveled the world with her, lecturing and teaching other clinicians.
I have been a research assistant for many of the studies and am co-author of many professional journal articles. I was lead author of a chapter on ART in a recently published textbook for counseling graduate students at Northwestern University.
I was the Editor for Laney’s autobiographical book entitled “Too Good To Be True?” I have been using ART with clients that I have seen in private practice and as a University Mental Health Counselor since learning ART in 2009.
I feel honored to be able to train other clinicians in this amazing modality and look forward to training you!
