ART Trained Therapist
I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern and ARTtrained therapist with experience working with diverse individuals across clinical and community settings. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, supported, and respected, and when therapy honors the whole person rather than just symptoms. I approach therapy with warmth, presence, and deep respect for each person’s story, honoring the experiences that have shaped who they are.

I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help clients process trauma, anxiety, emotional stress, and life transitions in a gentle, structured, and client-centered way. My approach allows clients to move at their own pace while working toward meaningful emotional resolution. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, allowing clients to move at their own pace while feeling supported, grounded, and empowered throughout the process.

I hold both a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Administration , which allows me to integrate clinical care with an understanding of the larger systems and stressors that impact well-being. I have experience working with diverse populations across clinical and community settings and I am  attentive to cultural, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of healing and strive to create an emotionally safe and collaborative therapeutic space.

I believe healing happens when the whole person is acknowledged mind, body, and spirit and when individuals are given space to explore their experiences without judgment. Many people come to therapy carrying stories they have never fully had room to process. My goal is to create a compassionate environment where reflection, clarity, and restoration can unfold. I believe that what we’ve endured can become a pathway to healing when met with the right support and intention.

I am based in South Florida and am available for travel when needed.
