With over 30 years of experience as a therapist, working with people with trauma, depression, anxiety and more, and with expertise in many therapy approaches, I am now so happy to be able to provide Accelerated Resolution Therapy for my clients.  Since my first training in ART in 2016 and throughout further training and using ART with clients, I have been able to help clients work through and be able to move beyond what has kept them stuck, and to create real life changes.
