I am a licensed counselor serving clients in Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, and Texas. I focus on anxiety, depression, and trauma (complex PTSD) and use ART and Internal Family Systems (IFS) as my primary approaches. I am currently completing my doctorate in counseling education and supervision (ABD).
