I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, with a Bachelor's in Fine Art, certificate in Drug and Alcohol Counseling, and am trained in ART. I believe in the Mind/Body connection, and use Gestalt, Psychodynamic Therapy and Guided Imagery to help guide my clients towards a new perspective in life.
