Dr. Simmons received an MD overseas and a DNP from the Univ of Utah. She is a board-certified PMHNP with nearly 20 years’ experience in healthcare. Having lived in 4 countries, she respects people’s perspectives from all walks of life, and knows that trauma can have profound negative effects.
