I graduated from the University of Utah with a Master's degree in Social Work. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and MBSR (Mind Body Stress Reduction) I am also a certified Health & Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level Two.
