Licensed in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Hawaii, I specialize working with individuals struggling with childhood abuse, ptsd, partner betrayal and relational trauma, affairs and infidelity recovery, grief, divorce, and porn and sexual addiction recovery. I am a certified sex addiction therapist (CSAT), and a certified partner trauma therapist (CPTT).  I love using ART to help my clients find healing and freedom from challenges, issues, unhelpful core beliefs, or wounding which they have often carried for years. I utilize an Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment based, client centered approach and also offer ART and IFS based trauma intensives.
