Natasha provides therapy for individual adults, adolescents, and children. She has obtained a Master’s of Social Work from Weber State University and has over 30 years of experience working with Spanish-speaking communities. She is fluent in Spanish and takes both English and Spanish clients. She has four years of experience as a therapist and is a Certified Social Worker in Utah.

Natasha is deeply committed to a client-centered, collaborative approach to therapy—tailoring each session to align with the individual’s unique needs and strengths. Her goal is to help clients create meaningful, lasting change. She specializes in therapeutic modalities that access the subconscious, such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which she believes is a powerful avenue for transformative healing.

In her work, she integrates ART, DBT, CBT, ACT, and somatic interventions to create personalized, effective treatment plans. Many of her clients have experienced significant breakthroughs in a short time, particularly in releasing unresolved childhood and life traumas. This process has led to improved emotional regulation, behavioral shifts, and greater psychological resilience.

Her expertise lies in the neuroscience of brain function and nervous system dynamics—understanding how to prime these systems to support rather than sabotage the individual. She focuses on identifying and clearing deeply rooted core beliefs or identity constructs held in the subconscious, helping clients replace them with empowering new ones. This shift has allowed clients to break free from self-defeating patterns and step into the kind of life they once believed was out of reach.

Her passion for facilitating profound healing fuels her ongoing learning and exploration of emerging methods. She is dedicated to refining her approach to meet each client’s distinct needs, helping them feel seen, understood, and equipped to heal outdated internal systems. Clients often come to her seeking relief from entrenched patterns of chaos, anxiety, obsessive thinking, unhappiness, and other maladaptive behaviors. She believes that by targeting the core memories at the root of suffering—whether environmental or biological—clients can begin to thrive, not just survive.
