As a trainer for Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Michal strives to bring this transformational modality to clinicians in an engaging and thorough way, so mental health providers can confidently and quickly incorporate it into practice with their clients to bring about healing.
Michal is inspired to bring ART to other clinicians to spread the practice so more people can experience healing and suffer less. It is the most effective treatment for trauma that she is aware of. ART has become a central treatment modality in Michal’s practice, and she has seen extraordinary results while working with clients on problems including symptoms of PTSD, depression, anxiety, addiction, grief and loss, dissociation, and more. Clients often report that doing a few ART sessions has changed their lives.
Michal graduated from the University of Connecticut and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in CT and MA. She is a Master ART Practitioner and Certified Trainer. She is also a Certified Psychedelic Therapy Provider, trained through IPI. Her specialties are trauma treatment and perinatal mental health. She has a private practice in Connecticut. Michal’s previous work included community health with at-risk teens and their families, and mothers with a history of substance use disorder.
While she loves training and doing ART with clients, she also enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and watching lots of K-dramas.
