Mariel Ansion is a registered psychologist in Alberta, Canada. She has extensive experience working with immigrants and refugees from diverse backgrounds, and since 2020, she has also specialized in working with people with extensive exposure to trauma through works such as paramedics, firefighters, police, veterans, corrections officers, and crown prosecutors. She has been using ART constantly with her clients since 2019 due to its high efficiency.
She also has a passion for teaching, so she decided to become an ART trainer in 2022 to share this modality with other mental health professionals. She has been providing regular ART Basic trainings since the beginning of 2023, and Advanced and Basic training since 2024.
