Director of Co-occurring Mental Health Services

With several years of experience in the mental health and addiction field, I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). I hold a Master’s degree in Co-occurring Disorders, specializing in both mental health and addiction treatment. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families navigating challenges related to conflict, communication, mental health, addiction, and overall stress.

My professional passion is rooted in helping others find their inner strength and resilience. I believe that everyone, regardless of their struggles, has the capacity to transform and thrive—whether they are dealing with work pressures, family dynamics, relationship issues, parenting challenges, or unresolved past experiences. My approach is centered on guiding clients from a problem-focused perspective to one that is solution-oriented and empowering.

I utilize a variety of evidence-based therapies, tailored to the unique needs of each individual, and integrate spiritual principles when appropriate to encourage holistic healing. As a certified Master ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) Therapist and Trainer, I offer specialized expertise in this transformative therapy that helps clients process trauma and emotional distress in a brief, effective manner.
