Kathryn Meiners is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Utah and North Carolina and a Certified Family Life Educator through the National Council on Family Relations. She is also a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) clinician and certified Basic and Advanced ART trainer.
Kathryn is committed to a collaborative, strength-based therapeutic approach and has extensive experience working with diverse populations across her clinical career. She is the founder of Bright Paths Therapy in northern Utah, where she supports clients in navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. Her clinical specialties include complex trauma, anxiety, OCD, and women’s health concerns. Kathryn has witnessed the remarkable effectiveness of ART in facilitating rapid symptom relief and is passionate about expanding access to this modality by training and mentoring fellow clinicians.
