Felicia C. Kirsch, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and U.S. Army Behavioral Health Officer with a heart for helping people navigate life’s toughest challenges. With 15 years of combined experience in mental health, case management, and military service, she brings a calm, practical, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. Felicia earned her Master of Social Work from California State University, Long Beach (2018) and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior from the University of California, Irvine (2012). Trained in numerous evidence-based approaches—such as ART, EMDR, and CBT—she focuses on trauma-informed and culturally responsive care that meets people where they are. Currently working with active duty military, Felicia has seen firsthand how powerful ART can be in helping service members heal from trauma and build resilience.

Whether working with service members, veterans, or civilians, Felicia’s goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and real.
