I am a licensed psychotherapist (PhD, LPC) with over 25 years of clinical experience specializing in trauma recovery, emotional resilience, and couples therapy. I am an advanced practitioner of Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and use it extensively in my work with clients experiencing PTSD, anxiety, and trauma-related symptoms.
I have served military families for many years as a Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC) and also maintain an online private practice focused on trauma-informed care. My passion as an ART trainer is to provide clear, supportive instruction that helps clinicians feel confident and effective using the ART protocol.
