Q. Does the cruise include airfare or insurance?
A. No, during the booking process, you will have a chance to add flights (from the airport of your choice), and insurance (additional cost), as well as an onboard amenities package.
Q. Once I book my cruise, can I cancel at any time to receive a full refund?
A. All cancellations carry some type of penalty depending on the date of cancellation. A full refund will be issued in the unlikely event that either the cruise line or RCRR/ART have to cancel the cruise for any unforeseen reason. We highly suggest travel insurance to offset any cancellation charges. The travel agency reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50 per person on all cancellations.
Q. Can I bring family or friends who are not taking the training?
A. Absolutely, we have taken extra cabins to accommodate family or friends who will not be participating in the training.
Q. When will the training take place?
A. The ART training will be conducted during the 3 sea days, so it will not affect shore excursions or port days.
Q. Do I need a passport to cruise?
A. No, the cruise will depart and return to the same port of Los Angeles, so if you are a US Citizen, you can travel with your photo ID and an original of your US Birth Certificate. For all other travelers, a passport will be required.
Q. The cruise line offers added amenities such as drinks, Wi-Fi, shore excursions, and special dining. Can I add them to my booking?
A. Yes, during the booking process, you will be given the opportunity to add an amenities package (additional charge) to your booking. Everyone in the same cabin will be required to take the same amenities package as well.
